Dayzleft is a free personal countdown tracker you can use without an account. Use it sensibly, don't abuse the sharing feature, and understand it's provided as-is. The details are below.
These terms apply when you use Dayzleft at dayzleft.com ("the app"). By using the app, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
Dayzleft is free and needs no account. You're welcome to create countdowns for any lawful purpose and share them with others. You're responsible for the content you put into your countdowns and the links you share.

Your countdowns are yours. They live on your device, and we don't claim ownership of them. When you create a share link, you're choosing to make that countdown's details viewable by anyone who has the link, until it expires.
Dayzleft is offered "as is" and "as available." We work hard to keep it reliable, but we can't guarantee it will always be available, error-free, or that every reminder will be delivered on time. Some features are labelled beta (such as Sync) and may change or stop working without notice. Notification behaviour also depends on your device and browser — for example, on iPhone, reminders only work once the app is installed to the Home Screen, which is an Apple limitation rather than a fault in the app.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Dayzleft is provided without warranties of any kind. We don't promise the app will meet every need or be uninterrupted. You use it at your own discretion and risk, and you're responsible for keeping your own important dates and any backups.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we won't be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of data or missed events, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the app. Because the app is free and stores your data on your device, please don't rely on it as your only record of a critical date.
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll change the date at the top when we do, and continuing to use Dayzleft means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction in which Dayzleft is operated.
