Your countdowns live on your device, not on our servers. There are no accounts and no login. We don't sell your data, and we don't show ads.
Dayzleft ("Dayzleft", "we", "us") is a free personal countdown tracker available at dayzleft.com. This policy explains what happens to your information when you use it.
When you create a countdown — its title, date, time, category, emoji, colour, notes and tasks — it's saved in your own browser's storage on the device you're using. We don't have a user database, and we can't see these countdowns. If you clear your browser data or use the in-app reset, they're gone from that device and we have no copy.
Three optional features send limited data to our servers. If you don't use them, nothing about your countdowns ever leaves your device.
We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand how the app is used — things like how many people open a page, roughly which country visits come from, and what kind of device is used. This is aggregate information used to improve Dayzleft; it isn't used to identify you personally. These tools may set cookies or use similar browser storage.
We don't sell your data and we don't share it for advertising. We rely on a small number of service providers to run the app:
These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms. Because they operate globally, the limited data described above may be processed on servers.
Dayzleft is a general-audience app and isn't directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We don't knowingly collect personal information from children.
If we make meaningful changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Dayzleft after a change means you accept the updated policy.
